If there is a delay in starting the project, Appedology offers a full refund either the programmer / designer / content writer / SEO expert (or any other resource / staff) is the reason for it. A proportionate refund is offered if the client cancels the project at any point in time.No refund for days worked are offered. Clients must immediately notify our Project Manager if not satisfied with the work at any point in time, and may ask for discounts for any work not carried out. No any negotiation at a later date will be accepted.
If the agreed upon / listed payments are not clear. A project is not considered to be void.
If the client fails to provide complete information/scope of the project to Appedology at initial project stage, Appedology is not obligated to
respect its delivery and/or refund commitments.
For the delay of delivery Appedology will only compensate, unless if there is a special agreement signed stating a penalty clause for delivery delay.
There is a limited liability of Appedology to the value of the portion of the project which may be incomplete at any given time. Appedology is not responsible for any losses arise out of the services delivered / not delivered or the delay. Appedology will refund only when the client cancels the project, and as such, the cancellation has been communicated to Appedology in writing.
The refund will be processed and mail within 5 business days of the cancellation date by Appedology. We will use original method of payment which was used by client to pay the services.
